Welcome to ECOLIFT MOBILITY. By downloading, accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the app immediately.

  1. Definitions
    “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to [Your Company Name].
    “User/Customer” refers to anyone who uses the app to book transportation services.
    “Driver/Partner” refers to the delivery or transport service provider associated with the platform.
    “Service” refers to the booking, delivery and transportation features offered within the application.
  2. Acceptance of Terms
    Use of the app signifies your acceptance of all terms, including future updates. We may modify these terms anytime, and continued usage means acceptance of the revised version.
  3. Account Registration
    To access the service, users must:
    Provide accurate personal details (name, phone number, etc.)
    Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
    Not use the service for illegal or unauthorized activities
    The company is not responsible for misuse of your account due to your negligence in safeguarding login information.
  4. Service Usage Rules
    Users agree to:
    Provide correct pickup and delivery details
    Ensure goods transported comply with law
    Avoid transporting banned or illegal items
    Drivers reserve the right to refuse service if the shipment contains restricted items.
  5. Prohibited or Restricted Goods
    The following materials are not permitted for transportation:
    Illegal / Prohibited Items Include
    Drugs and narcotics
    Explosives & hazardous chemicals
    Stolen goods
    Perishable items without proper packaging
    Currency, precious stones, jewellery (unless declared & insured)
    If a user violates this rule, they will be solely responsible for consequences including legal action.
  6. Pricing & Payment
    Charges are calculated based on distance, vehicle type, load and waiting time.
    Taxes, tolls & additional charges may apply.
    Digital payments shall be processed through approved gateways.
    Non-payment or fraudulent payment may result in suspension of account.
  7. Liability & Responsibility
    The company acts only as a facilitator/platform connecting users with transport operators.
    We are not responsible for any damage, loss or delay caused during transportation unless proven to be due to our system failure.
    Users must verify goods before and after delivery.
    Insurance is recommended for high-value items.
  8. Cancellation & Refund
    Cancellations and refund eligibility follow our Refund Policy. Charges may apply based on booking status and service progress.
  9. Driver & User Conduct
    Both drivers and users must behave respectfully.
    We reserve the right to suspend accounts for:
    Harassment, verbal abuse or misconduct
    Fraudulent bookings or false damage claims
    Illegal activity or policy violation
  10. App & Service Availability
    We strive to keep services active, but there may be downtime due to:
    Maintenance
    Technical failures
    Uncontrollable events (weather, strikes, network issues)
    We are not liable for losses caused due to temporary unavailability.
  11. Intellectual Property
    All content, branding, UI elements and materials belong to ECOLIFT. Users cannot copy, modify or redistribute without permission.
  12. Termination of Account
    We may suspend or terminate accounts without notice if:
    Policies are violated
    Illegal actions are suspected
    Misuse or fraud is detected
    Users may also request voluntary account closure anytime.
  13. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of courts located in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu.
